I dont get it...Until today only RAJ was allowed to fly over Israel?

Any idea if this can ever be rolled out in TLV? Given the amount of daily passengers (at least pre-covid) one would think it could make sense.

Why?
1. Adds inordinate amount of time required before flight departure time.
2. Can't bring any food onto flight.
3. Requires secure section of terminal, typically without lounges or sufficient facilities.
4. Issues with immigration means you miss your flight.
