Hul Mehudar says that starting tonight a free covid testing center will be rolled out at baggage claim, where people will be tested for free.

Don't make much difference atm given that everyone is being sent to hotels but in the next phase my guess is that ppl will be required to have that test plus a negative one after hopefully 5 days.

mada has been giving test at the airport for a while no? What's the difference?

True. But mada doesn't have a lab at the airport. This is a lab and should bring quicker results.
I took a test by the mda stand in October, and the results never came back....

These are free. Next thing we know there will be flights to nowhere just so Israelis can get a free COVID-19 test.

There are free tests all around the country, hosted by Pikud Oref. I used the drive-ins many times, no prescriptions required no questions asked

MDA is also free.
In fact, these lab tests are supposed to cost money. IIUC, it's only free for the interim.

LY now added flights to SEZ for the month of March.
5x weekly on the dreamliner. On most dates return tickets go for $400.
