are there any other other flights from TLV-SIN with one stop other then star alliance?
TLV-IST-SIN on TK and SQ with A321 and 777 (possibly also TK A320)
TLV-ZRH-SIN on LX and SQ with A330 and A380
TLV-FRA-SIN on LH and SQ with A321 and A380

if not then which of these are the best option?
if you can consider tlv-amm to be a "gelechter" then you can fly from amm either via doh or auh  :)

Together with a stopover and changing planes and finding connecting flights... It doesn't look I'll have am option but either way I couldn't find availability via DOH

Stopping and changing planes in AMM is extremely simple.

Price-wise or luxury-wise?

These are all the same price for me in miles. I'm looking for the shortest least hassle route but willing to travel a little longer for a nicer product

Is it realistic to hope to find <$150 RT tickets to somewhere in Europe for August? I've been using Kayak Explore, Google Flights, Momondo and SkyScanner, and haven't seen anything too promising.

BA is starting to fly w/ F on 3 of their flights.
Will be one of the few carriers offering an 'F' experience.

Gotta fly via ICN for that...
