I'm the commenter,

I can give you all the details,

The name of the manager in TLV is "Adi" and he was the one that said that they updated to 70 minutes

This happened on thursday, May 2 TLV-JFK

and they rebooked me to May 5th

I wasn't the only one affected by this,

He told me at 70 minutes he closed the security line and as a courtesy, he let all customers in the line board but he batched the flight at 65 minutes before.

he offered me to board without luggage but I refused

He did not have anything in writing to show,

I did show him the online policy that states 60 minutes and TLV was not on the list of exceptions and he simply told me "the list isn't correct and this is the current policy" then went on to explain that the airline is sooo big and he's only an Airport manager and can't risk a delay so he has to stick to the policy

What comp have people gotten? , I wonder if it's worth the effort

Great news. Didn't realize there was enough demand to fill 3x weekly. I guess i was wrong, press release points to 40k Israelis having flown to Japan in 2018 and 20k Japanese to Israel
