I guess I need to change my opinion on the company in general if those allegations are true.

In my personal experience, Delta employees have always treated me well as a jew. Its possible that reflects the general attitude of employees at Delta, but that happens to be the reality.

Okay I need your help.  My wife needs to fly from tlv to the newark area for a medical issue with her dad.  She does not know the date of her return.  We have no points or status.  Is there a option of purchasing one way ticket at a reasonable cost or an open ended ticket or a round trip with not a huge change fee for the return.  If the round trip option which airline will have the  lowest change fee cost to change her return date.  She needs to end up in central jersey but I guess if jfk is an option or somewhere else on the east coast she can hop a short flight to newark.
All help is appreciated.

If your wife is under 31 try stattravel.com or studentuniverse.com for one way options. Over 31 I don’t think they’ll help you.
You can usually find stopovers one way decently priced.
Contact a travel agent for open end options.
Buy points. (If there’s availability, probably your best option)

It looks like just UA85 on Dec 22 and UA91 on Dec 23.
Take note, it's the old business class configuration 2-2-2

You can try calling to switch flights.

Though the middle bulkhead seats of the 2nd J cabin are better than Polaris IMHO.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you want to switch to another flight that has the new business, you can try calling and see if they're willing to accommodate. They don't have to, though.

Actually the older configuration is better with an infant. Row 8 on the 2 sides can have a bassinet.

I just flew with bulkhead seats and had this to rest my feet on and it was amazing!  https://www.amazon.com/inflatable-airplane-available-adjustable-toddlers/dp/b07dqby83f?&tag=admarketus-20&ref=pd_sl_aE6264EDEA94BD7DF80E9223E3

Did El Al used to operate nonstop flights to Chicago. In this article, they write that.
