Though, as has been pointed out many times, no-one in their right mind would pay the kind of money (or miles) those suites or residences command, if they were on the ground.

Plenty of Hotels in that category as well....

Shall we be concerned?

"Dozens of Israeli tourists have been stranded at passport control in a Moscow, Russia, airport for several hours, after they disembarked from an El Al flight arriving from Israel.

A response from Russia's Embassy in Israel showed that the move is possibly a response to the fact that Israel prevented Russian citizens from entering its territory"

Being that new routing in Israel now has planes flying overhead where I live, I actually noticed this flight on the inbound to Eilat, but it wasn't marked on Flightradar24. It showed from JFK to N/A.
I'm assuming it's cargo, so why would they be shipping things to Eilat over TLV?

CMB Flights are US Govt charters for "U.S. Transportation Command"

Why are they flying that weird way; why dont they fly over Gaza or over south of Israel and  then out to the Mediterranean sea?

Not sure exactly what that means. But according to Wikipedia this particular aircraft (747) is only for cargo, which is also evident from the lack of windows.
As a side note, this flight is landing somewhere in Europe now (not JFK), in the next 10 minutes.

Cargo on behalf of the US Government/military. Would assume that's the reason it's going to Eilat closer to army bases in that area

All flights to/from Eilat take that route. There's a lot of different factors taken into consideration with flight routing, but "practical" is quite far from the top of the list in that region.... A lot of airspace restrictions.

Interesting locations they can fly to based on their current flights....Atlanta and Mexico City are 2 that stand out to me.

I have a hard time believing they will start with North America. It's expected they will operate as a LCC
