Additional capacity to Seychelles, with Sundor operating LY's 787 from Hanuka

What about Shabbos? Will Rozenberg allow Sun D'Or to operate on Shabbos?
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

He would probably need to figure out some loopholes halachicaly to keep the status quo, no?
He's torah observant, so I can't believe it's very simple to have his company operate Shabbos.

Not too hard.

You sound like CV now.

What are you basing your "not too hard" statement on? You are aware that this is dealing with a market that is majority Jewish, Jewish crews, etc..

And if the main motivation in getting into this has some spiritual or Jewish nexus, then how could not keeping Shabbos 100% be part of the plan?

They own only 40% of the airline. How hard would it be to not own it on Shabbos?

If only the משולחים will find a way to make a visit to the UAE productive, it would definitely tip the scale. Until then the US is a prime destination.

Well the head משולח hasn't gone fundraising for Israeli Moisdos in Washington for a while but is rushing to the UAE & Bahrain...

Ive heard from many that Dubai will become the destination of choice for Haredim due to the modesty and separation of genders there.

Is it not usually full of European and American (not very modest) tourists?

It is, but aside from the beaches people were dressed modestly.

Seems like not all is smooth yet. Apparently, no authorization yet for Israeli carriers to fly over KSA or Oman!

Why would Netanyahu announce KSA overfly without it being final?

Hopefully it's just a timing issue
