I doubt Ichud is open in the winter but there is a year round chassidish kehilah in Monticello, with more than one shul. Unfortunately I don't know the details.

Ichud is Summer only. The one during the year is on 50 Nelshore Dr.
Also, there is Khal Toras Chaim Viznitz Shul Gibbers, 169 Barnes Blvd, Kiamesha Lake is nearby.

Also, there's a shul open in South Fallsburg year round. Right near Landaus/Boosur
Chabad Rabbi, small Kiddush every week. Very friendly people.

Think it's called South Fallsburg Hebrew Association

26 Lake Street

That shul threw out the Rav and the South Fallsburg kollel that was learning there. The Rav now has the minyan in his house further down the road - 187 Lake St.

But the Shul still exists for anyone in the area.
Very warm and welcoming.

What was wrong that they had to throw away Rav Barros? That's not a sign of warm and welcoming. Plus the kollel learned with anybody that wanted to learn.

Don't have details and unfortunately every Shul has drama. And it definitely wasn't nice.
Just informing the Klal of the options - very convenient Shul in a popular area.

Hatzlacha!
