Oy, I am trying to research a single night in BsAs and here I am met with 47 pages of Forum notes. Will you forgive me for not reading it all?
SET-UP: We are heading to Patagonia to celebrate our retirement

and have a single night in Buenos Aires before our flight to El Calafate. We will be in BsAs from 9:00A until 4:00P the next day. We are interested in sampling some of the super fine kosher restaurants and have little ambition in terms of sightseeing because we will have just gotten on a very long red-eye.
DINING: We have time for only 1 dinner so we will probably go to Asian Grill.
LODGING: This is where I get stuck. Do we splurge and stay at the Park Hyatt on points or the Intercontinental, where I have Ambassador status and points? Or do we stay in the neighborhood near the Asian Grill so that it's easy to get to the restaurant? How easy and safe is it to get a taxi back and forth from the restaurant?
Thanks!
