Anyone know where to buy kosher frozen meals in Buenos Aires?

I saw the mention of Open Kosher. Any others? Are there any available in the kosher supermarkets/grocery stores?
Yes, a lot of kosher stores and restaurants in BA,Argentina has the largest Jewish community in South America with nearly 200,000 people , there is also a Kosher McDonald’s located inside the Abasto shopping mall.Jewish food to be discovered in Once neighborhood of Buenos Aires with the largest Jewish population,  a walk through the neighborhood, you'll see lots of  kosher places, and you'll you see orthodox families gathering around. Many of these stores will provide frozen kosher meals.
I was the Best, still the Best, and will always be the Best.

Monday – Argentina side of Iguazu
Tuesday – fly to Buenos Aires + city
Wednesday – Day Trip to Colonia del Sacramento

Sunday – Gaucho day trip, late flight home

Sounds good.

Personally I'd fly to BA late Tuesday or even early Wednesday so you get some more time in Iguazu as on Sunday upon arrival you'll probably be quite tired. I'd also skip the trip to Colonia as there's not much to do there AFAIK.

Check out the Lujan zoo while in BA.

What about ditching some of the BA day trips and sneaking GIG into the itin?

Maybe GIG is before IGU? That's exactly what we did (meaning GIG) and we thought it was quite worth it (besides the fact that it rained the entire time we were in GIG).

Exactly. My point was that unless he's flying straight from NYC to IGU, he's probably coming from GIG or GRU.

How much time do you need in Rio? Where's a better place for shabbos?

2 nights in GIG, 2 nights in IGU, and 2 nights in EZE are all sufficient.
I love GRU for Shabbos, but not much to do there besides eat.
GIG and EZE are probably both good shabbos options. EZE wins for me because they have a PH :D

That might be too aggressive for the people I'm traveling with this time. I'm going to pitch it to them and see.  Thanks!

+1 to EZE for shabbos. You can also walk to Once for shabbos from the PH if you want to see it.

I don't understand the Al Galope obsession.

...we thought it was truly disappointing.

I don't think it's all that aggressive for an 8 day trip.

They were planning one in Brazil? That's news to me.

When announced in 2014, they projected 2017 opening.

I could do this then:

Saturday EWR to GIG - land Sunday afternoon
Monday: Rio
Tuesday: Rio
Wednesday: Early flight to IGU, half day tour of Brazil side
Thursday: Iguazu Argentina side, evening flight to Buenos Aires
Friday: Buenos Aires
Saturday: Buenos Aires
Sunday: Buenos Aires, fly home on late night flight

The downside to this is in order to take an early flight to IGU, I need to pay for it but it's only $90, so I think I can handle that.  The free flight that's available through United doesn't get in until later in the day and I would rather have more time to see Iguazu.

Is that really enough time to see the major highlights of each place?
