transfer onepass miles from one account to another

I'm flying to Israel for Succos and i need to transfer one pass miles from either my siblings/parents or wife account to mine. (different last name)... is there anybody that knows how to transfer them without paying 15.00 dollars per 1000 miles??

can i maybe transfer my co miles into a different type of miles then transfer them out? (ex. aa)

Nope.  Once miles are in an airline account they're pretty much stuck.

It may work, if eligible for amtrak transfers (elite status or amtrak credit card).  transfer out ... and back again to your CO account.

I doubt anyone has elite status with Amtrak, and with the Amtrak Chase credit card they only allow 25,000 points transferred per year. I'm assuming the OP needs more than that transferred.

You could try consolidating, I doubt it will happen, although I do personally know (and I believe it has been reported in these forums) that it has happened. Sheer luck though.

From Amtrak to CO , but not necessarily the other way around. I did a transfer to another Amtrak account and the miles posted instantaneously.

At least one person on this forum had success simply calling CO and getting 3 accounts merged into one with the same address and different names. He said they were all his employees accounts with credit card bonus miles (they really were) and the miles were his cuz he was the boss, and they did it. This is a huge YMMV though. In fact I'd say your chances are worse than 1%.
