Help using Aadvantage miles on Elal

How do you know which economy flights on LY's website can be booked by calling AA and using AA miles?

Also if the AA rep anyway can look up the flights on El Al whats the point of searching ourselves?

Does EF or KVS charge to become a member and use their search tools etc..?

new york area to israel award economy/coach; no specific dates yet. When I go on LY's website and search that route which flights that I see on LY website can I call AA to book for me using AA miles.  Not all economy class flights on LY will be bookable by award AA miles correct?

If there's availability in E class you should be able to book it with AA miles.

yes but on LY website economy award flights shows different numbers of matmid points required .  How do I know which LY flights AA will book for me.  In other words what is the amount of matmid points required for AA to honor  for ny-Tel aviv route

You must be listening to your travel agents spewing there BS. I always wondered why my TA (back in the day) never offered anything besides ElAl. I finally figured it out, when i figured out what the word commissions meant.

Dude, no offense get over the food, its a damn flight. i rather spend 3k on a suit with no food then sit in cattle coach eating a steak....

I am not upset at the airline. I flew them for years. I am more perturbed at my past TA's. I remember clearly asking them for diff routes and for some reason everyone else wasnt safe. Or much more expensive. Or they dont cater to jews... seems like as my mom said, on her US flight they announced davening on the PA....

As far as availability try using AA you might have a better chance.
