after i put in shipping and billing info and click proceed it just comes up with a blank screen with the office depot header, what does that mean?

- first one for 5 cards, status: backordered with no delivery date (OD: Delivered - Short Shipped)
- second one for 2 cards, status: still in processing

Anybody actually has their order status 'shipping'? Not just 'in warehouse'.
