Was able to get 5 with 5 Separate Transactions. Staples folks were really nice about it.

I would say its highly probable that after the first rebate is redeemed, the other 4 would be rejected.

I'm assuming there won't be an issue with the rebate even if the name on the cc doesn't match with the other addresses? Or do I put my name on all 5 rebate forms and it will still go through?
