Change to a flight time

I have a reservation on a United award from tlv-nyc through vienna. I was checking on my reservation and I noticed that united changed the time of the flight from vienna-nyc. Will they allow me to change my booking to the tlv-nyc direct flight on UA even though there is no saver award availability ( although there is standard award availability)?

I did try. The agents keep saying that since it is only a 10 minute change they won't allow me to change the reservation at all.
Any tips for what to say to them to get them to change the flights?

Dont think they will let for such a short change

I was just able to cancel a ticket about a week ago because of a five minute change. No change fees or cancellation fees were charged

I even got compensation for an advanced scheduled change.
IIRC, it was not more than a half hour...
