sorry buddy they are actually the worst out there I bought lots of things from them they have sold refurbished as new they sold Items that the company was bankrupt when I contacted them they said no warranty. if they write open box it is open box and only 90 day warranty btw this was sold on ebay daily deals many times for $149. brand new with full warranty..
