Anybody know how many luggages can i have and weight if i am traveling from europe to Jfk as a cathay pacific diamond and BA flight , we are two people .

You are both allowed 2 bags (if on the same res.), only if flying on BA metal. IIRC AA have an agreement with BA and IB, but don't honor other OW status with regard to baggage.
