Virgin mobile kyocera hydro

I currently use Virginmobile and need to get a new smartphone since i have been using the kyocera rise for a short time and it is no  good.
What do the smart folks think about the kyocera hydro currently on sale at walmart for 50$?
Any other good and reasonably priced ideas?
