Paypal account is limited

I have not used my paypal account for a month. To my surprise that I got an email my paypal account is limited. The following is the email:

We routinely review account activity in the PayPal system. When we reviewed
your account, we noticed that your activity violates some of the agreements
you have with us.

Because of this, we’ve limited your accounts and can no longer offer our
services to you. You’ll still be able to log in to view your transaction
history, but you won’t be able to send or receive money.

What’s the problem?

We noticed one or more of the following problems:

1.      You provided information that we believe was false, inaccurate, or
misleading; or

2.      You sent or received money that was potentially related to fraudulent
activity; or

3.      You have more than one account with a negative balance; or

4.      You are in violation of the User Agreement, the Commercial Entity
Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, or another agreement you have with
PayPal.


Our decision was based on terms outlined in these agreements.


The problem is: all my info are real and accurate, the account is linked to my credit account and checking account. I used the account receive/send money a few times. What did I do wrong? How to solve the problem?

If you contact them, they will help you resolve whatever issue they have.
I had that a few years ago, all they wanted was for me to send them a photo ID, and everything went back to normal.
I only paid 15% by switching to dansdeals

Just keep in mind that overall Paypal is a bunch of jerks, and if they decide they dont want you, for any given reason if it makes sense or not, there will be no one to talk to.

They are know for shutting down and freezing accounts for no good reason, people have had thousands of dollars in accounts frozen for 6 months.

That should work

That is bad. Thanks for warning. I have a little over $100 there.
