I want to buy three unlocked smartphones

I want to buy three unlocked smartphones - primarily for use in Israel, and later, Canada.

I am open to all Androids (i.e. Samsung, Google, Motorola, etc) or Blackberrys (Go Canada!).

Used or refurbs are good too! Good price is my priority (Hence why I'm on this forum).
