If going to washington DC from Baltimore, what is the best transportation to take so that dont have to pay to park car?
During the week, you can take the MARC train for $7 each way - runs 2-4 times an hour from downtown to downtown.http://mta.maryland.gov/services/marc/schedulesSystemMaps/penn.cfm
Megabus can easily be gotten for less than that, and it's more comfortable.
You'd have to book way in advance and also the location in Baltimore is not that convenient.
someone told me to park in silversprings and take the train, does anyone know anything about that?
Yes, you can do that. It is about a 20-25 minute trip on the Metro.
Do you know where it is exactly, I dont really know the area? Thanks!
1 block to the metro to downtown DC on the red line and 1 block to Max's, which is a great reasonably priced fleishig restaurant.
What about "Nut House Pizza" is it good? (on the same corner.)
Its alright, but I personally prefer Ben Yehuda its about a mile away.
Best food in the area is Pita plus in College Park...a bit of a drive but worth it IMHO
Closed last year
Is there any other hotel aside from the Hilton (reisterstown road) near the jewish community in Baltimore?
There's a Ramada next door
