You have all the Smithsonians maybe the airspace?
If you will be in DC there is or was one deli near there. Otherwise you need to go to silver spring. There is Goldbergs bagels for breakfast. Check if they are open for succos.

I am booked on a suite deal for tomorrow landing in IAD around 12:30 pm with wife and 3 toddlers. Any suggestions on where I could eat dinner and breakfast the next morning? Also can someone recommend what to do on a day trip? (Ideally something adults would enjoy and kids wouldn't find too boring)

Call AL Haesh
I sent them an email. Now what I really need is a good taxi / tour guide to just drive me around town.

I was there a couple weeks ago. They said that for Sukkos they're doing mostly takeout.

don't think little kids will enjoy driving around like that. Especially in rain where you can't really get out to explore.

you have to search - rates depend on season and demand.
DC shul is KESHER, and a Maryland shul that's closest to DC is Woodside Synagogue Ahavas  Torah, so just calculate distances.
Char Bar is the only kosher restaurant in DC
