I wonder what happened to those who got the iPhone included (or for $1) with no $200 signup fee, will they be able to get onto this plan as well?

Mine was all messed up, they put us on the classic plan instead of the value plan. But the deal guys were on top of fixing things.

Better to call the business representative you signed up with since the agents are not familiar with the plan.

i also had alot of extra charges. also had a $200 per line charge for "cancelling" the classic plan and getting the value plan.

its just annoying how much time the calls to fix it take.

tmobile is dealing with it fine, its just annoying.

has anyone got the 8% off? how about no tax for nonprofits? the $100 back for bringing ur own phone?

I don't think anyone ended up getting the 8% off. Talk to your business manager about it.

seems like they became too big too fast. And can't keep up with their promises unless you keep calling them about it.

if anyone did not get the discount,  call the r mobile deal office and they will apply a lump credit of the 8%. Some app counts did not get discount, but this is the fix

if u ever have billing issues,  send a copy of first page of bill to the info at tmobiledeal.com and they will ensure that any errors are quickly sorted.

How do you make a lump sum ?
If I have 6 lines its $120 x 24 months = $2880
But if I add unlimited data it will be $240 x 24 = $5760

That's best case scenario, with the plans changing so often (and so many inconsistent/funny stuff in the bills) it could be much worse.
