If you have reception by your window but no indoors, you can call tmobile and they will send you a free booster. My friend recently got one.

It's not new york overall. It really depends on the specific location. A friend of mine had no sprint service in my dining room, and I have perfect tmobile service. Someone else living on Eastern Parkway says he has no service in his apartment. It all boils down to the specific location, and 95% of the time, I have reception (in brooklyn).

Have only received 1 bill so far, but it was by far the most confusing bill i have ever seen, so many charges, fees and credits i had no idea whats flying, but the total was less than i expected.
My total for 6 lines was aprox. $103
Is this normal? Im expecting a slightly bigger bill the next time around.

It looks like the base plan not only costs more per month, it does not include data but forces you to add either a $20 for 1gb plan or $30 for unlimited data plan per line. so the sprint plan would generally cost a lot more.

NO.

But we have been paying out bill based on the 8% discount anyways. $20 - 8% + 23.67% tax + $1.61 fee. We notified our salesman every time.

Yes, I got the 8% lump discount. It took quite some haggling from the Business representative assigned on these accounts.

They are awful worst customer service and the t-mobile reps are useless and dumb the bill is higher than promised and it takes time and aggravation to get what was promised I would advise people to stay away from them.
