I wouldn't go that far. I mean at the end of the day we did get the phone as promised and the plan without the 8% off. So it still was an amazing deal, I think it got too big too fast and these guys couldnt hold down the CS side. The salesman we got was a real shmuck also and provided the worse CS then Sprint.

I was paying $220 a month after a 20% discount on verizon for just 2 lines and 14gb of data. Now I pay about $60 for 2 lines after taxes and all. So i'd say it say it was still a win. Im trying to work with my works salesman and see if he can add the 8% discount to my families account.

I got a $264 credit from T-Mobile to make up for the 8% discount on my 4 line plan for 2 years. All in all , a good deal and the T-Mobile Deal rep was the one who addressed the discount issue with T-Mobile and got me the credit

I was supposed to pay $45 after tax in the end I pay $65
I called T-Mobile and they told me that the whole thing was a scam and they can't honor it

It was not a scam, they had the same deal on their website.
What u were getting by going thru their deal was the phone for 200 and the 8 %.
U already got the phone.
From my experience, emailing or calling the tmobiledeal people, they stood by me.
A few tmobile people got fired recently, bec they overpromised - free phones, credit for other carriers termination fees, discounts. ..
But it seems like tmobiledeal got new reps to work with u and they have all the info in writing and it's being honored.

Look at ur original email, when u had to respond that u agree. If it says 20 a line, that's what they will honor

I got two plans with them. It was complicated to set up - initially I was put on the wrong plan and until they transferred me it was about three months - but eventually TMob gave me a credit for the 8% discount for the first year as well as full credit for being on the wrong plan etc. etc.
The 2 reps in Lwood who set this up got fired and two reps in corporate took over to clean up the mess. If you had the plan in writing from Tmob (in the first email they sent you) then they honored everything - albeit unwillingly and making you feel like they are doing you a huge favor.

never got the 8% on three different accounts, didn't get the 150 per line discount as promised, when i call to complain he says do you have it in writing.......

I guess its a good thing i put it on AMEX.

I tried to dispute with chase but they are fighting back, claiming that they gave me a phone for the money I paid and there is nothing in writing that I will get any credit for the phone.
A bunch of Jewish scammers.
