I got my 8% discount. I asked my companies rep if he can take over my families business account and add the 8%. He said its an easy thing sent me a paper to a sign in less then a day. all it basically says is if my bill is less then $250 for a few months I lose the discount.

I say try to get a new account manager and see if they will put the discount on. Scam or not, I'm saving tons of money with or without the discount.

I reached out to you on numerous occasions yet you refuse to honor your commitment, and no I'm not just referring to the 8% I'm talking to over $900 that I was supposed to get back. when you are ready to talk about that then we can have a normal discussion. I have no problem honoring my own commitment's but when you try to screw myself and Others that I have an issue with.

Yes I did receive a $600 credit but that does not change the fact that we did not get what we were promised.

600 should more then cover u for 8%. If in 2 years u are still with tmobile. Please call me and I'll get you more. I hope that helpa

Quite a few people closed down old grandfathered in cheap plans (sero etc.) to hop on this deal not just to get a cheap plan for 2 years but to lock in for a while.
