lightning strikes, but i definitely wouldn't count on it.                  i signed up for the 50k $150 statement offer and they didn't even wanna honor the $150 because they couldn't see it on their system; this is after i sent them in a screenshot of the offer, and i signed up for it when it was still active.

I just flew American Airlines, and I read on this site that if I have the Citi platinum advantage card by AA I get free luggage. They didnt aknowledge it and charged me for the luggage. Is there anyways I can get a refund?

You can start with calling the number on your card and tell them you were denied one of the benefits they promised you and see what they say.
