Hint: You don't need to read through the whole thread, the last two pages has all the info you're looking for. (Including how to cash out the $100)

It really amazes how people don't even bother to read the last few posts on the thread before asking a question. This is not a personal attack, it just something that I can't understand. Why would you expect someone to help you if you couldn't even put in the effort to click the mouse two times and do a bit of reading.

Np. This thread died for few months and then had a revival if you do read through it, start from the "revival period " and you'll find posts with the links to the active apps.
