Just did a 2BM with AMEX+VISA ,
got instend approved  on the AMEX 6k CL and pending for the VISA .
is there any chance i will get approved for the VISA ?
(It is my first time applying for CITI )
+ added a hilton a few minutes later was it a smart decision ?

Recent reports on FT have been that a citi 2bm (with same product) is not working if not instantly approved on both.

You will definitely not get approved for all three (as per citi policy of only allowing 2 cards every 2 months). The question is regarding the AA Visa. Lately there have been reports that citi is cracking down on the 2bm, and only approving one AA card, so i can't give you a definite answer. Regarding the Hilton, i guess if they decline the AA Visa, it stands a chance.

I was actually going to apply for citi ( first timer)
I've read that they do only one pull if its consumer only . I had wanted to apply for the AA visa + aa Amex or aa visa + Hilton.
So basically if they will only approve one card I'm better off just applying for one?

According to the wiki you can still get them both if you're instantly approved. Plus, it's only reports. So i would say YMMV.

By now it's more then just reports. I know many people who tried not one was able to get both approved. Not that you lose out from trying both.

Do you have high credit? Did you put down good income?
