I am simply pointing out that if your 2BM preceded the business app by less than 65ish days, it won't matter where chat can be found.

 I know someone who got completely shut down from Citi when they asked for his tax returns and he tried to get out of it.

I see, my apologies. It was sufficient time after my last Citi app, and indeed I got approved for the Visa just not the MC because I was told I did 2 apps at once. Therefore I would like to try my luck via live chat but I can't seem to find where one can do that.

I don't believe having an active Citi card affects your chances of being approved. Being approved at an earlier date for the same product does.

You were suppose to apply for either an amex or visa and then a 30k mastercard (different product) get approved apply for the other visa or amex and call and get them to approve the last one instead of the mastercard.
