Citi AA signup bonus 50K, 75K, or even 100K??!!

I just applied about a week ago, actually still didnt get a response for 50k offer without $150. Had anyone had success with Citi adding on this bonus or similar in past?

i have the same issue as u, only they already replied to me saying i cant get it cuz i already got the 75k card, i think im gonna cancel the 75k card and then call reconsideration, u thould try to argue them that you deserve the 150 credit they might give it

It will ding your credit score, even though you don't want additional credit. I know, it's ridiculous,  but that's the way it is. The banks don't seem to have a mechanism to apply for a different card without applying for additional credit. And once the application is sent, there's a Hard Pull on your credit.
You could always ask the bank to 'convert' your card to a different account, which won't harm your credit at all. But then there are no signup bonuses either.

Common wisdom seems to be to wait 60+ days for consumer cards and 90+ days for business cards.
Understand that officially there is no such thing as churning, so it won't necessarily work.
