I got FR'd by Citi!!

Seeking advice, a little background first:

I currently own a AA MC and a AA VisaBusiness.
Applied for all 3 cards and got the following:
-Got instantly approved for the Amex pers, but still didn't get it in the mail, although I applied on 10/27.
-For the VisaBusiness got the following message: A system error has caused a delay in processing your application. Be assured that we have received it and there is no need to resubmit. We will contact you at the mailing address you provided as soon as it is processed. Thank you! (haven't heard from them since)
-For the Visa pers. I got a letter requesting a 4506T form "to further consider my application", the same form that people have to send in when they get FR'd.

Now the questions:
The amount I put in on the application is far bigger than the real amount I make on the books. Should I send in the 4506T anyway, or is there a way to fight it otherwise?
If I send in the form and it gets ugly, do I have to worry about my currently open accounts to be reduced the CL or closed down?
Should I wait to send in the form until I get my Amex in the mail?

Has anyone recently signed up for the 75k offer on the old link where you only need to spend 1500? Did they confirm you for that offer when you called to check?

Will Citi tell you what AA number is associated with the account?  My wife applied and included her AA number on the app, but no miles posted to her AA account after her statement closed --- I'm guessing that they created a new AA number for her.  No AA number is printed on the cards.

mine was pretty simple. accidentally signed up for the citi amex for 30k miles instead of 40 got immediately approved. the next day i called the number above and signed up for the 75k miles citi world mastercard. After 5 days received an approval email. I await both cards. Looks like Hilton Queen of Sheba hotel in Eilat will be free with 2-1 ratio (hilton gold via amex also)

Does anyone know if the 100K link still gives 100K bonus miles?
It does not say anything on the application about the amount of bonus miles given...

Applying for 100K miles second time after 60 days didn't work after success first time. Would like to apply now for my wife post 100K churn (60 days later) and see if I have better luck. I see some 40K offers. Any reason why I shouldn't do that or that also "only for first timers". Do I just be happy and go for 30K offer on site (which churns great) instead of being chazer and getting nothing? Anyone churn anything after 100K offer and succeeded?

Well I tried Dan's 30K link 60 days after my 100K fest and this is what I got:

o   This specific offer is valid only for first-time Citi(R)
/ AAdvantage(R) cardmembers.? Our records indicate that
 you previously had a Citi(R) / AAdvantage(R) account
 with us.

I tried for my wife and she got the same message. Anyone have any better success?

Dan, do we need to sit out for a year like you did or are we still saying YMMV?
