Strange, after my denial I got both cards in the mail, does this mean I am set for another 75k x 2? Should I confirm with citi or will they possibly see I shouldnt have gotten them? just spend the $1500 and hope for the best?

That's really interested. I have no advice but please keep us posted on how it plays out.

Nothing is strange with Citi.  It's all YMMV

You mean everything is strange with Citi, none of it makes sense.

I also saw that. I looks like that's for the offer that u need to spend $4000, which is a different offer, but maybe once they shut that one down they'll  shut down all the offers for tons of miles...

Even if it officially expires, the app might still be up, and (with Citi) it seems that you get the miles as long as you use that app, get the card and fulfill the spend requirement (even if the offer was pulled).

Okay, I looked at it more carefully now, there are two cards, a world MC and Amex. The enclosure says these replace my original mc (and the mc is the same number). And they enclosed an amex card for good measure("now you have two cards to earn more miles"). They earn 1.2 miles per $1. I was confused since I just applied recently for the new cards, visa and amex. Seeing the amex card threw me off. From the enclosure it looks like they issued an amex card without me asking for it. But since I did apply is it possible that I'd still get the miles?

If it's not related to your app then that's doubtful, but you can try to ask for it and get compensated for thinking it was that. 1.2 miles per dollar spent is nice though. I wonder if they offer that on Visa/MC as well...

The 75k links are still live. Anyone know if the 75k links in the first post on FT are for the $1,500 spend or the $4,000 spend? Are there any live links for the $1,500 spend?

Thanks, those are the ones I used. Are they the latest ones for $1,500 spend?

With one of the applications I got the following error at the end, I wonder what it means:

Quote
A system error has caused a delay in processing your application. Be assured that we have received it and there is no need to resubmit. We will contact you at the mailing address you provided as soon as it is processed. Thank you!

I guess we'll see what happens :D
