US Airways not giving seats on EVA Air

Trying to get a ticket TPE-JFK-TPE.
While the outbound (oct 30) is ok, the inboung (nov 5) USAir says there are no seats on.
Which is very wired as both united.com and ANA show there are seats availbale...
When I told that to the CSR she said 'thats what i have in my system'

Is threre a way to make USAir book me on that flight?

Might need to get an agent who knows how to long/manual sell.

Always told this on the forum, and I've spend already 100's of hours with them on the phone, and no one did it.

I believe I'm a pretty good talker to airlines so it should have worked already if it were possible.

Unless you have a way to activate it by them.

I just booked with USair - EVA from JFK-TPE for next year. The agent was having difficulty finding it, but finally did. Was getting confused as it's a 1:45am flight and kept on putting in the wrong date. you might have to also give them the airline code (BR)

That was it!
They kept telling me no seats on Nov. 5, only Nov. 4 - while EVA doesn't even operate a flight that day!
Finally I gave up and reserved Nov. 4 - only to find out in the itinerary they sent me it was always Nov. 5...
