Do you need an address in USA before you can bring it into Canada? Are there any Canadian taxes on it?
I don't know. The bank is supposed to collect Canadian taxes on the lease (13% hst)
Life isn't about checking the boxes. Nobody cares.

the underwriter. The one providing the money, if its Honda the Honda is tba bank
Very interesting.
When you lease a car, Honda financial buys the car from the dealer and leases it to the customer. You can look at your contract you'll see that Honda financial is the owner of the car.
Obviously you didn't follow the conversation.

I guess that could be but I never heard of such a thing before.
I did.

Maybe try calling Leumi Bank in the US? It might be a good business opportunity for them.

50% taxes
Yea, but the selling price reflects that as well.
Ie, higher initial cost, and higher selling price.

(And the taxes range btw 80%-120%)

of course, but I would imagine the depreciation value would follow a similar schedule to the US.

No bank will release the title on a lease car, you would have to buy it first.
Regardless of wich visa you are holding, you can sell it if the model of the car was approved by the Israeli DMV after paying the full tax on the car, currently 113%.
Possible but VERY difficult.
