Anyone use the "Ok google now feature"? Its honestly a life changer!

I think it's great. I never quite understood how the hands free functions were supposed to help if they weren't really hands free.

What is it, and how do I access it?

On the moto x? As long as your touchless controls are activated under settings just say OK Google Now and give your phone a command.

CMIIW, but I think you just say OK Google, and you don't need to say Now.

No, I believe it's OK, Google Now. And I don't believe you can customize it...yet.

Yes, but that's not for the touchless control. On my HTC One you also just say OK Google.

If you say so, I find it weird that they changed it though..

On the Moto X when you are on the Google help page (I forget what it's called) you can just say Google (whereas on the HTC One and others you'd say OK Google) and for touchless feature on the Moto X you say OK Google Now. Not sure why the changes.

That's pretty weird.
Did you try turning it off and on again?

Happened to my Android this week, I put it in airplane mode and switched to manual time and saw that the time zone had changed, changed it back and put it back in auto.

On Monday Motorola will be selling the Moto X for $150 off. That's $349 for the 16 gig version.

http://www.motorola.com/us/home

I bought this phone with my discover last month for $499 and am now in the price protection process to get my $150 refund from discover.
Discover also gives an extra year warranty and 5% off of online purchases.

In addition, I bought a droid x2 off of ebay for $40, and traded it in via www.mototradeup.com to get a $100 visa gift card.

If all goes well I'll have paid $290 for a 16-Gig MotoX. I recommend getting the 32gig as the 16gig has only 11gigs of available storage space and neither version has an SD card slot.

I made my purchase on verizon's website before they were offering different colors, so mine is black.
I suspect a standard color will be better for resale if I choose to go that route in the future.

Unfortunately no. Still no offers?   No one has a Nexus 5 around for you?
