KLM/ flying Blue
« on: August 02, 2013, 09:50:14 AM »
I am flying on KLM to Amsterdam soon and wanted to know if there was a way to get a discount on the economy comfort seats?
The good seat without another seat in front of it is still available so want to snag it. Any help?

I don't get it....  I am flying air france tomorrow - does this connect to Delta airlines FF miles?

I don't want to create a flying blue account do I?

They are in the same Alliance although AF/FB miles are worth a while lot more than Delta miles because of all the promos you can even find specials for as low as 7500 miles.

When the availability calendar says that the cheapest flight is 25k FB miles, and there is actually nothing below 35k when choosing flights, which one is correct? Will i be able to book it for 25k if i call in?

Call center is closed, UK call center (24h) hung up on me, and i'm afraid of losing the flight, wonder if AF difference can send me back the 20k MR if they acknowledge that it's a mistake on their part.

Got through to AF UK, very unhelpful, claiming she doesn't see ANY availability for this day/route.

IINM,this is a common problem with FB's website. The availability calendar is inaccurate.

AF won't let me add an infant to TLV-CDG-JFK Oct 8 flight, saying it is to close to the flight as they have to mail docs and I should do it at the airport, is this true or does it require a huca?

Didn't have patience to huca, Twitter support added the infant for me.
