Canadian AMEX PRG  cardholders get $10 Statement Credit when you spend $10 or more at Amazon.ca (gift cards not excluded in terms)
The offer clearly states it is only if you are targeted by email.

If you don't have the card already it gives 25,000 points after $500 spend in 3 months
