Which program to credit miles to??

I am flying from tlv to jfk round trip in Nov on the way there on Lufthansa and the way back on Swiss and would like to know which program I should credit the miles to. My options are:

1)Aegean
2)Miles-and-More
3)United

Please let me know which I gain the most out of and why??

Which airline do you fly the most?

Did you status match to Aegan and looking to extend your status match?

no I didn't status match I signed up for Aegean last year but I never did a status match is it still possible?
