Only direct flight from BOS to the area is MSS. Rented from Boutique Car not sure if they were around back when this was posted. Enterprise in Potsdam, NY will deliver a car for a $45 fee but Boutique Car was only $65 total and Enterprise was $95+$45.
Would have been nice to have flights to PBG, ODG, or ART but there's nothing direct from BOS.
Prior to COVID, YUL was an option as well.
