My windshield shattered

I was driving on the highway today, suddenly I heard a crack I look to the side and see a crack in my windshield about 8 inches. It's a leased car, anyone have any ideas what to do how to take car of this?

If it's just a crack, it can probably be repaired instead of replaced (much cheaper).
Call a mechanic, you may be better off getting it towed instead of driving it anymore.

Depending  on the type of car they are no expensive to replace. I just had one replaced for $160.

I remember being told that these cracks can get bigger if it's not taken care of, so just make sure not to neglect it.

there is a place in far rockaway that does cheap auto glass I think it cost me 120 or 140 I don't remember wich for a windsheild on a camry  FarRockaway AutoGlass

Prob won't make your premiums go up. It's just a cracked windshield, happens to anyone.
If it was my car, I'd go buy hte repair glue at autozone (drive a diff car there) and put it on. But you have a lease so you prob can't return it iwth a broken windshield so maybe you may as well get it fixed now.

its only worth it if you have insurance if your paying for it its cheaper to just replace it at a cheap place

I call hearing that if the crack is bigger than a dollar, the whole windshield needs to be repaired.  Not sure if it is a myth though.

My experience as well. I don't think it will effect your premiums. It's not like an accident

Those folks are the biggest ganovim ever. Priced at like twice market rate. People call them bec they heard the commercial and aren't familiar enough with the market to know they're being ripped off. I hope they get ripped off by someone like me for legal services.

I called Geico they said I can use Safelite and all I'll pay is $50 they'll pay the rest. If not I can use anyone pay  the full price and send in a receipt. Should I do the first option?
