Safelite has crazy and nasty people working for them. I don't recommend them for future use.

When I had a broken window, I googled for glass replacement and then called all of them. The prices for the exact same service ranged from like 280 to 500+ (I think safelight was the highest). If you've got insurance then whatever, but if you're paying yourself, then caveat emptor.
