Looks like they are taking reservations from Dec. 17th

Prices aren't too bad (Before u jump on me look prices in Tel Aviv)

i know the owner. he is so happy that its finally opening. he said there were so many issues with ritz themselves...lol. there are rooms as well as residences available.

Seems like they upgraded the hotel today to a tier 2, 40k per night :-[. Knew it would happen but didn't expect it that quickly.

I stayed there their 2nd day they were open(30K), it is an amazing experience. I got a free diner out of it
