I went to the Restaurant in the lobby for dinner, had a great meal. I asked the waiter for the check he says there is no charge. I tell him please double check (I didn't want to stiff them) he comes back saying the manager told him no charge as they are still not fully open and they are still testing.

chase
You can transfer from Chase directly to Ritz, no need to go through Marriott.
But I think the amount of points needed are the same as Marriott - 40k per night.
One Chase SP gets you 40k which is one night, so you end up better applying for the Ritz Carlton CC which gets you 2 nights.
Love me or hate me. I still love you.

I never said you should do it. You asked what transfers. IMHO its better to pm me and I might know someone who can get it for you for 380 or so. Don't transfer points its useless

Now that you told me you have good connections, I'm looking for a discounted rate at the Prima Palace in J-lem, do you think the one you night know, has a cheap rate on that hotel as well?

$375 is for a standard room, 40,000 points can get you a deluxe room which costs $625-$750.
