Hotel is plain rabanut.

On the marina there's 4 mehadrin restrurants.
Meat: Lechem Basar and Papigio
Dairy: Cafe Cafe and Fresh Kitchen

Of those 4 Cafe Cafe is חוג חתם סופר פתח תקווה, other 3 are בד"ץ בית יוסף IINM. Do your own research on any of those Hashgochos.

planning on staying in the Ritz mid Jan with wife and 2 kids (oldest 2.5). i have gold status and I have 2 night certificate. will they make me book 2 different rooms? or can I ask for an upgrade and fit all 4 of us in one room for 2 nights?

There was a great speed boat ride for 50 shekel that leaves from the marina in back of the hotel.
