Updated TR:We recently went for a 2 night stay again and although had another really nice experience I was a bit more objective this time. Firstly I had left feedback via survey that was emailed to me following my first stay here, everything honest. Sometime thereafter received an email from the GM apologizing for the issues I had with my stay and inviting me to let her make it up at our next stay. I replied to her email with our dates for this stay and asked to be upgraded to suite and she responded in the affirmative. In addition I managed, with much difficulty, to convince a rep at guest services to give me a $100 credit towards dining or spa even though that benefit on the credit card is only for paid stays.
Can my brother officially book a room here with his points for me and I'm coming with my wife and kid? Or should he just put my name on the reservation and walk in myself?
Question is not clear. You can officially gift a night so that the room is under your name unlike othe r hotel chains
Long shot...but what's the cheapest way I can make a reservation for tonight?Anyone has points to sell?
You can probably find someone to sell you points for 0.6pp.
What hechser is this hotel? Anyone have the masgiachs contact info?
I do. I can't give his number. He's very good. I'm pretty Machmir about hechsherim. If you call the hotel and ask for Shem Tov the mashgiach he'll tell you all the info
I got the number already thanks
Can you report the info when you get it please.
Tzaddik. What do you want to know? Meat is usually Beit Yosef but they get Machpud and sometimes for Shabbos (and Thursday) they'll have some good Ashkenazi hechsher (shearis or agudah). The breakfast which I think is awesome they said was Rav Rubin...
Shmieta?
Meat is usually Beit Yosef
Breakfast is rav Rubin: what does that mean? The products are rav Rubin? All of them? Or the hashgacha is?
I can't imagine either being the case but I'd love to be wrong
