I don't know if it's a great rate or not, but noticed this coming Friday-Saturday via FHR at $270 (rate includes breakfast, 4PM checkout, 12PM checkin on availability, upgrade on availability, $100 spa credit).

I was there in August (almost full to capacity) and they gave me a suite upgrade and i spoke to multiple people there at the time and they got as well.

In a nutshell, I was there twice and thought it sucked

After the first stay I sent them a detailed TR complete with pics ad I got a call from the GM who told me there was a staff meeting where my TR was discussed and what changes needed to be made, and offered me a free stay. On my free stay they gave me a two story suite but many of the issues were still there.

I didn't think it was right to post the TR since they gave me a complimentary stay.

I don't know why so many people love this hotel

Got two rooms upgraded to suites for a 3nt stay last year.
