I asked a family member to look into the Kashrut of the ritz. This is what he came back with. Can anyone let me know how it compares to the research that you did? Thanks.
I just spoke to the mashgiach of the Ritz Carlton. He said that for dairy everything is halab Yisrael and mehadrin. All lettuce pre checked etc. Very reliable. The meat meals aren't a good Kashrut but when you make a reservation you can tell them you want machpud meat which is an excellent Kashrut.
Sounds right. We ate breakfast there after speaking to the mashgiach and going over some fish and nuts that were not mehadrin (though whether lox needs to be mehadrin is probably another question).
We didn't eat dinner there, but Lechem Basar, Cafe Cafe, and Papagaio are all in the marina complex with mehadrin hechshers.
