I called hotel in the past and they gave me his number. Can’t find it now sry, I was very unimpressed with the standards (especially meat and fruits&vegetables during shmita) but to each they’re own:)

Do they charge extra for a baby in room? Booking with points and only option is 2 adults.

In case anyone cares.
Fruits/vegetables are all heter mechira, though Mashgiach can arrange for bok choy or mushrooms shmita lchumra.
All dairy/pastries is CY mehadrin.
Machpoud beef filet can be arranged a day in advance.

Nearby fyi,
Papagaio is no longer mehadrin.
Lechem basar: Machpoud/shmita lchumra
Fresh kitchen: Badatz B"Y/shmita lchumra
Cafe cafe: Chasam sofer PT/shmita lchumra

In TLV you have Regina and Lechem Basar for mehadrin. Alternative was a COVID fatality :(

I also didnt have any issue with them recently, except I had to wait a bit for the rooms and they wanted to charge VAT on the points rooms.
