So How Much Was Your Electric Bill?

Mine was 236.26

That's a 500% increase from the winter months.

I tend to keep my air off with the windows open as much as possible.
Sure makes opening the bills easier.

Sounds about right if you have gas heating and use A/C most of the day.

In the winter I am at about $35-40 This month was $126.
This is with only using the AC when I really need it, and keeping it set at 72.
I got an 8,000 BTU and 12,000 BTU.

About 2 years ago, I installed Window units for air conditioner. I have a pretty small apartement but it knocked by Bill down from 300 to about 125

2 things people arent saying. Is that a lot of people use gas for heat, so in the winter your electric bill might be cheap but your gas bill will be much more & I guess vice versa in the summer.

Yes my electric bill is about 300% higher in the summer.
